PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a sufficient shield performance without increasing seams of conductive fibers for sewing. CONSTITUTION:A sewn part 2a subjected to over-edge chain stitch blind over edging with two threads of conductive fibers 6 is formed at an edge on one side in the longitudinal direction of an elastomer sheet 4 prepared by forming conductive elastomer in the shape of a sheet of a narrow width. The conductive fibers 6 applied by sewing to the elastomer sheet 4 form a double shield layer out of a part 6a covering an end face 4a and a part 6b inserted into the elastomer sheet 4 by stitching, against an electromagnetic wave invading from the direction of the end face 4a, and therefore they can form a reliable shield against the electromagnetic wave invading from the direction of the end face 4a. Moreover, seams of the conductive fibers 6 are formed only in a line along the end face 4a of the elastomer sheet 4 and, accordingly, the seams are not increased in comparison with usual cases wherein sewing is made simply in one line. |
