An improved snood connector which comprises: (a) a handle means (2) connected to (b) a head means (5), (c) a spatial region (5A) for threading fishing line defined either between the handle means and the head means or within of adjacent to the head means wherein either the head means may be movable to close the spatial region and capture the fishing line or a separate closure means connected to the handle means may be movable with respect to the handle means to close the spatial region and capture the fishing line.
