<p>PURPOSE:To send a mail in a proper form by storing form information of a transmission content represented by combinations of elements by a transmission form registration device and selecting and designating form information of an electronic mail to be sent by a transmission form designation device so as to generate a transmission mail based on the designated form information. CONSTITUTION:Form information with a transmission content comprising a sender name, a destination, a title and a transmission date or the like is stored in a mail content recording section 1. Then a transmission form registration section 2 stores form information of a transmission content represented by combinations of elements of each information. Furthermore, a transmission form designation section 3 corresponds optionally the form information stored in the registration section 2 depending on the mail content based on a command of the user to each mail address of destination described in the mail. The designation information of the transmission form corresponding the mail address to the form information is stored in a designated form recording section 4. A mail is generated by a mail generating section 5 from the form information designated to each receiver based on the designated information of the transmission form stored in the recording section 4.</p> |
