PURPOSE: To simplify working and to improve durability by forming an internal spline from a circular group of a prescribed radius, making a prescribed length of external spline both-tip parts the same as an arc shape of the internal spline and making a distance between the external spline both-tip parts shorter than a distance between internal spline both-tip parts. CONSTITUTION: An internal spline 4 is formed into a circular group having a prescribed radius R. In an external spline 2, parts having the same arc shapes formed by the same radius as the radius R of the internal spline 4 at the both side parts are extended by prescribed lengths. A distance 11 between both tip parts of the external spline 2 is formed shorter than a distance 12 between both tip parts of the internal spline 4 and clearance between the external spline 2 and the internal spline 4 is secured. Therefore, contact pressure is widely dispersed by surface contact, damage of the splines 2, 4 is prevented and durability can be improved. Further, because the external spline 2 and the internal spline 4 are formed into the same arc shape, the splines 2, 4 can be worked by using the same working equipment. |
