摘要	This invention describes new tetrahydronaphtalene derivatives, which have a general formula (I),<IMAGE>whereR<1> is a hydrogen atom,R<2> is a hydrogen atom, C1-4 alkoxycarbonylalkyl or benzyl group, or R<1> and R<2> together is a group, and its formula is -(CH2)3-,R<3> is hydroxyl, C1-4 alkoxyl or benzyl group, or group, and its general formula (A),<IMAGE>whereR<5> is C1-4 alkyl group, and n is 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4 and pharmaceutically suitable saline, besides, its extraction method.These compounds are characterised by an anti-ulcer effect and have influence on both mammal and human cell protection.
