PURPOSE:To obtain a bleaching powder composition which comprises a combination of a peroxide generating hydrogen peroxide in an aqueous solution with an extremely selected component, thus shows excellent bleaching power against stains caused by spilled foods such as curry with suppressed color change and fading of patters on the clothes. CONSTITUTION:This bleaching powder composition comprises (A) 1.0-99.5wt.% of a peroxide which generates hydrogen peroxide in an aqueous solution, (B) 0.05-10.0wt.% of a polymer having the repeating units of the formula [X, Y, Z are H, methyl, COOM, -CH2COOM, OH (M is H, an alkali metal ion, ammonium ion, quaternary ammonium ion, a basic amino acid group)], (C) 0.05-5.0wt.% of an alkali (resistant) pullulanase having alpha-amylase activity or a mixture thereof, (D) 0.05 to 5.0wt.% of alkali (resistant) protease or a mixture thereof. The optimal pH of the component C is 8-11 for soluble starch and it is preferred that the composition further contains (E) a chelating agent. |
