PURPOSE:To enable execution of an assembling process by an automatic machine by a simple rotating operation, by a method wherein a cam tube wherein a knocking mechanism part is constituted is screwed in the rear hole of a holder tube. CONSTITUTION:A holder tube 1 has integrally a fore end part having a fore end port 2. A ball-point pen writing body 9 actuated rearward by a return spring 13 is held in the holder tube 1. Moreover, a cam tube 3 which has integrally a top crown part 5 coming into contact with the rear end of the holder tube 1 and a clip 4 is screwed removably in the rear hole of the holder tube 1, and inside the cam tube 3, a knocking mechanism part is constituted by fitting a cam part engaging with a cam groove, a knocking rod 6 having a rib and a rotor 7 in the tube so that they cam be moved axially. The rear end part of the ball-point pen writing body 9 is put in a state of being in contact with the front of the rotor 7, the body is positioned at a position of advance and withdrawal with the rotor 7 rotated by the forward and backward movement of the knocking rod 6 and thereby a tip 12 of a ball-point pen is put in a state wherein it can be brought in and out of the fore end port. Besides, the holder tube is formed of a transparent resin molded product. |
