PURPOSE:To attach or detach a unit to and from a rack as one body by installing an assembly surface plate unit, which is constituted integrally by providing plural flat plates upright at specific interval, on the rack as to the surface plate for cutting which A supports a material to be cut. CONSTITUTION:The surface plate 1 for cutting has the assembly surface plate unit 14 installed on the rack, and the material 2 to be cut is mounted and supported on the upright flat steel plates 15 which constituting the assembly surface plate unit 14. Assembly surface plate units 14 can be mounted on the rack 9 and demounted, one by one. The flat plates 15 are stood upright in parallel by a support member 16 and a connection member 17 and constituted integrally with one assembly surface plate unit 14. The assembly surface unit 14 is fixed to the rack 9 by a fixation member 13. The assembly surface plate unit 14 is turned over and both sides are usable. Consequently, a flat plate which wears away owing to erosion, etc., is easily replaced and the operation is decreased in manhours and efficient. |
