<p>PURPOSE:To prevent adhesion of a cement raw material to a firing device and to enable stable operation of a rotary kiln by calcining the cement raw material while vibrating a preheater with a calcining furnace and firing the cement raw material by the rotary kiln. CONSTITUTION:A suspension type preheater 4 consisting of cyclones 3 by plural steps and a calcining furnace 5 is connected to a kiln bottom housing 2 of a rotary kiln 1. Cement raw material powder is classified and preheated in each cyclone by a high-temperature exhaust gas from the rotary kiln 1 and the calcining furnace 5, successively moved from the uppermost step to the lowermost stem, then supplied to the rotary kiln 1 and fired. A cooler 6 and a blower 7 are installed. A vibrator 8 having about 50 Hz frequency and about 0.5mm amplitude is installed between the kiln bottom housing 2 and the lowermost cyclone 3, for example, is attached to the lowermost cyclone 3 in the preheater 4, in which an alkali and a volatile component are brought into contact with the raw material to extremely cause coating, so as to prevent adhesin.</p> |
