PURPOSE:To provide storage tray, which allows top and rear surfaces of a fine part to be inspected in a short time without occurrence of contamination, imperfect contact, and breakage and can be used for transporting or storing the fine part, and an inspection method of a fine part using this. CONSTITUTION:A storage tray 10 provided with a large number of storage parts 12 each containing a fine part P and arranged longitudinally and crosswise can be nested in a vertical direction. The storage tray 10 is provided with a step part 15 on the periphery of the top surface of the storage part 12 for supporting the fine part P. Projections 17 each having a side face shaped along a lower corner part 16 of the fine part P are provided on the step part at four comers of the storage part 12. Four or more legs 18 positioned along the outer shape of the fine part P at the outside thereof are provided on the lower surface of the storage part 12. After the fine part P is contained in the storage tray 10 and the top surface is inspected, another storage tray 10b is stacked on the top surface of the storage tray 10 and reversed. The fine part P is transferred to the storage tray 10b, and the rear surface is inspected. |
