PURPOSE:To provide a miniaturized band-like food production system designed to shorten its length by shortening the heating time for a device to heat a band-like food such as a pre-cut band-like intermediate product during the production process for crab-fashioned boiled fish paste. CONSTITUTION:This production system is made up of an electrode row 5 composed of plural roller-like electrodes arranged parallel with one another, a means to inject this row 5 with electric current, a driving means to revolve these electrodes, water-permeable films 35, 37 put on the row, and a means to continuously feed a food material 43 in a band-like fashion onto the films 35, 37. The band-like food material 43 fed onto the films 35, 37 is injected with electric current from the electrodes via these films and heated, after heated, the resultant food material 43 is cooled rapidly. Alternatively, the water- permeable films 35, 37 may be driven under traveling without driving the roller- like electrodes. Instead of the roller-like electrodes, plate-like ones may be used. |
