PURPOSE:To stably transfer a sequence coding for an anti-sense RNA independently of its site and length, to suppress the expression of a sense DNA and to estimate the analysis of genetic function and the application to a genetic treatment by using a vector containing a specific DNA. CONSTITUTION:A desired DNA sequence is transferred by a vector containing a DNA having a thymidine kinase promoter 1, a structural gene of Ecogpt gene 2, a poly-A signal 3 of thymidine kinase and a desired DNA sequence in the order. A sequence coding for an anti-sense DNA suppressing the expression of the objective gene is inserted into a vector PBGMTG to produce an anti-sense RNA expression vector. |
