<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a club head having ball hitting balance and accuracy by providing one inner concave space for a sole and a rear side surface of a main body of the club head, and forming it in such manner that a concave arcuate surface of this inner concave space and an inside of a front surface are placed at an interval and a hollow space in the main body of the club head is divided into two large parts. CONSTITUTION: An inner concave space 30 having a W-shaped horizontal section is formed on a rear side surface of a main body of a golf club head having a ball hitting surface 24 and a club shaft 25. This inner concave space 30 is formed in a shape of an inside 20' of a top surface 20 extended to an arcuate wall surface 28' of a sole. Further, under the existence of this inner concave space 30, two convex edges 31, 31' and one concave arcuate surface 32 are formed on the rear side surface of the club head. A predetermined interval is put with regard to a front wall surface forming the ball hitting surface 24, thereby a hollow space in the main body of the club head is divided into two parts, a filling in the hollow space is distributed to each divided part, so as to distribute the weight of the main body of the club head is distributed between a head side 21 and a shaft side 23.</p> |
