PURPOSE:To eliminate inconveniences such as a large number of steps, poor blank layout efficiency, the occurrence of non-symmetrical split vibrations, etc. by heating and pressing a prepreg plate uing woven fabric of carbon fibers in molding molds and molding the same while allowing mesh deviation to occur in the fabric. CONSTITUTION:Plastic material is impregnated in a woven fabric of carbon fibers and is set, whereby a prepreg plate 6 is obtained. The poate 6 is held between a pair of male and female molds and is pressed onto the stationary upper mold 7 as the movable lower mold 8 is driven under heating. In this process, the yarn of the woven fabric slips to produce mesh deviation, whereby the impartion of formation is accomplished. After the upper and lower moldes 7, 8 are colsed, they are pressed, whereby the plate 6 is hardened. At the same time, the desired diaphragm of a concial shape is obtained by a center holing puch 9, a die 10 for center hole and a periphery fixing mold 11. |
