PURPOSE:To provide a kitchen knife polisher which can polish easily with a safe and stable polishing angle instead of a kitchen knife sharpener. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic kitchen knife sharpner is provided with two ceramic polishing bars installed on a base stand 2 parallelly, a moving stand 3 arranged in the intermediate part through a stand support bar 4 and an angle plate made by fixing an angle holding plate 5 with a magnetic plate on the moving stand 3 by a stopper screw 6. |
