PURPOSE:To obtain the noodles eatable by one hand with a spoon or a ceramic spoon, by mixing wheat flour with water, sandwiching a kneaded material of buckwheat flour approximately between two noodle belts of wheat flour, cutting and shaping into a granular pressed wheat form. CONSTITUTION:Wheat flour is mixed with water, kneaded into noodle belts, etc. Buckwheat flour is kneaded into a noodle belt, etc. The noodle belt of the buckwheat flour is sandwiched between two noodle belts of wheat flour, pressed and bonded by a roller and cut into a pressed wheat shape by an elliptic cutting blade. Readily edible noodles in which the part 2 of the buckwheat flour is sandwiched in between the parts 1 of wheat flour like a center line connecting the major axis of an ellipse. |
