The device for preventing the frozen-fracture of the gas-fired boiler in winter, has a PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient Thermistor) heater mounted at the outer wall of the heating water pipe. The device comprises the PTC thermistor(1) for generating the constant heat by supplying the electric current, attached to the electrode plate(3) with a lead wire connector(2); insulating body(4) attached to the electrode; outer case(5) combined with the thermistor, the electrode and the insulating body, having a pair of guide projections(51); filling material(52) for protecting the movement of the elements, filled in the space of the outer case; elastic clamp(6) for clamping the PTC heater(100) at the pipe(7).
