PURPOSE:To provide motor drive control equipment of high performance by improving delay in turning on/off of the control operation of output transistors. CONSTITUTION:A first current mirror circuit 24 for feeding a specified base current to a source-side output transistor Q1, is provided with a transistor Tr3. The base of the transistor Tr3 is connected with the base of the input-side transistor Tr4 in the first current mirror circuit. The emitter of the transistor Tr3 is connected with its common base. A second current mirror circuit 26 is connected with the common base of the first current mirror circuit 24 at its output end. The second current mirror circuit 26 feeds a specified current to the first current mirror circuit 24 according to constant current I2 corresponding to torque command. This improves delay in turning on of the current mirror circuits and delay in turning off of the first current mirror circuit as compared to cases where no second current mirror circuit is provide.
