CONSTITUTION:Two reference levels Vr1, Vr2 are set, Vr1<Vr2 holds, and the relationship of the magnitude of these reference levels and a detected current level Vs6 is discriminated. Two transistors 18a, 18b are turned on at the time of Vs6<Vr1, one transistor is tuned on and the other transistor is turned off at the time of Vr1<Vs6<Vr2, and both transistors are turned off at the time of Vr2<Vs6. Both transistors are turned off regardless of Vs6 at the time of a signal S5 at a low level, and the variable acceleration of current is increased. The waveform information of Vr1, Vr2, S5 is held in an address corresponding to the place of the revolution of a memory. |
