发明名称 THIN-FILM SOLAR BATTERY
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the defects generated on the coupled surface of the laminate end part of a solar battery, by laminating in succession a first electrode layer, a photoelectric conversion semiconductor layer and a transparent second electrode layer on a flexible substrate, and by interposing the laminate between moisture-proof films via the bonding agent layers whereinto a mildewproof agent is mixed. CONSTITUTION:On a polyimide film substrate 1, a first electrode layer 2, an amorphous semiconductor layer 3, a second electrode layer 4 are formed, and on the rear surface of the insulation substrate 1, a third electrode layer 5 is formed, and thereby, a conventional solar battery is formed. Subsequently, as a bonding agent layer 6, a modified polyolefine based bonding agent whereinto a mildewproof agent is mixed is used, and it is applied to moisture-proof films whose one-sides are subjected to a coronal processing, and thereby, moisture proof films fitted respectively with the bonding agents are formed. As moisture-proof films 71, 72, the ones fitted respectively with the bonding agents are set on both the sides of the solar battery cell, and by their laminatings, a thin-film solar battery is formed. By the additions of the mildewproof agent to the bonding agents, the mildew-resistances of the bonding agents, especially the ones of the bonding agents present on the coupled surfaces of the laminate end parts are improved too, and the defects of the thin-film solar battery can be prevented.
