PURPOSE: To obtain an improved pipe coupling device for piping for high pressure capable of being easily assembled/disassembled by even a non-skilled person. CONSTITUTION: A receiving pipe 13 is provided with a cylindrical surface 21 fitting and inserting a tip part of a first pipe 12 and an annular cavity part 22 extending radially outward from the cylindrical surface 21. In the cavity part 22, a tapered conical surface 25 projecting toward an opening of the tip part is formed. Between the first pipe 12 of the cavity part 22 and the receiving pipe 13, a lock ring 72 with notch is stored. In an inner peripheral side surface part of the lock ring 72, peripheral direction knife edges 76, 81 engaged to an outer peripheral surface 45 of the first pipe 12 are formed. When the first pipe 12 is fitted and inserted into the receiving pipe 13, the lock ring 72 is strongly held between the conical surface 25 and the outer peripheral surface 45 by an axial relative moving of the first pipe 12 and the receiving pipe 13, the knife edges 76, 81 are engaged with the outer peripheral surface 45 and the axially relative moving of the receiving pipe 13 and the first pipe 12 is prevented. |
