PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous input when input is performed from occurring and to reduce burden on an operator by remarkably improving working efficiency. CONSTITUTION:In a computer main body 10, a customer master file 4a is retrieved from a customer number in accordance with a slip inputted from a keyboard 5 by a retrieval part 12, and a retrieved result is displayed on a display 6 via a display control part 13, and a customer name that is the retrieved result is edited by an output text editing part 14. A text-voice conversion part 15 retrieves an edited edit text by retrieving a text-voice conversion dictionary file 4b, and it is outputted in voice from a speaker 7 via a voice output part 16. The operator confirms whether or not the input is performed correctly by the voice, which prevents the erroneous input from being performed without requiring visual confirming work for the slip. |
