PURPOSE:To easily discriminate paper where a test image is formed and to eliminate failure that the device is used in a faultily adjusted state by providing an ejected paper selection means capable of housing the paper where the test image is recorded by selecting an ejected paper tray in which the paper where a general image is recorded does not exist. CONSTITUTION:Whether the image to be formed is the general image 1 or the test image 2 is transmitted to an image forming means 3 through a control means 9. The ejected paper selection means 4 selects and carries the paper of intended paper size from a paper feeding tray 5 according to whether the general image 1 is formed or the test image 2 is formed. In the case the test image 2 is formed by the image forming means 3, the respective ejected paper trays 6 are examined by the selection means 4 and the tray 6 is selected so that the paper for the test image, where the image is recorded, is not mixed with the paper where the general image is recorded. Namely, the tray 6 which is ready to eject the paper and where the paper does not exist is selected, and the paper is housed. |
