PURPOSE:To suppress the degradation of a demodulated symbol due to multipath. CONSTITUTION:A null symbol is transmitted in the first time slot of a transmission frame, and a reference symbol is transmitted in the second time slot, and the reference symbol is transmitted in the third time slot. Information symbols are transmitted in fourth and following time slots. Waveforms of two adjacent reference symbols are made continuous to equivalently extend the guard period, thus suppressing the influence of inter-code interference due to multipath. |
