PURPOSE:To make an image forming device quiet in sound by providing a duct for communicating from a discharge fan to a blow-off port opening pro vided in the bottom surface of a device main body or its vicinity. CONSTITUTION:A heat discharging fan 4, a carrying part sucking fun 18 and a floating toner discharge fan 8 out of the figure are provided on the rear side plate 34 of the device main body 3 housing an image forming means and a communicating duct 37 is provided between the rear surface cover 23 and rear side plate of the device main body 3 as well. The discharge ports of respective fans 4, 8 and 18 exist in the duct 37 and it is communicated with the outside via a blow-off port, 28 having a filter 32 and the discharge fan 31 in the lower side of the duct 37. Since the duct 37 with the blow-off port 28 in the lower side is provided, the noises of respective fans 4, 8 and 18 are reduced and conveyed to the outside. A louver is dispensed with, the floating toner and silicone oil are discharged on a floor in the lower side when the filter 32 is an ozone filter and the influence of the rotational sound of the fan on the outside of the device can be reduced. |
