PURPOSE:To avoid occurrence of a state in which an operator's judgement is not required and which exceeds a contract demand. CONSTITUTION:A computer 3 calculates a predicted demand based on an output value of a watthour meter 1, a contract demand and target power data 5, and stops a load having the lowest priority sequence during operating by referring to a load-to-be-controlled list 7 when the demand exceeds. It also calculates capability margin, and starts the load when the margin is larger than a capacity of a load having the highest priority sequence of halting apparatuses. |
