PURPOSE:To install an insulator with built-in optical fibers so that the influences on peripheral instruments can be decreased, good efficiency for the space utilization obtd., and to make a housing case for during agent possible to be made light in weight with a small thickness, and the volume to house drying agent is increased. CONSTITUTION:The housing case body 22 to house a drying agent 21 is housed in such a manner that the edge part of the body 22 is substantially not projected from edges of the flange 3a of the rotating axis and the flange 5b of the insulator body. The housing case body 22 is made as a cylinder with both ends sealed, consisting of a cylindrical housing cylinder 23, mounting plate 24 fixed to the one open end of the housing cylinder 23, and a closing plate 25 fixed to the other open end of the cylinder 23. The wall of the housing case body 22 has an entrance 26 formed to insert the drying agent 21 inside. |
