PURPOSE:To obtain the light reception module for visible rays and infrared rays where the wiring work is easy and the noise is difficult to pick up by arranging a photodetector sensing only visible rays and a photodetector sensing only infrared rays on a substrate and storing this substrate in a box provided with windows close to respective photodetectors. CONSTITUTION:Photodetectors 2 and 3 consist of photo diodes, PIN photo diode, photo transistors, etc., and are so constituted that the photodetector 2 senses only visible rays and the photodetector 3 senses only infrared rays, and they are placed on the surface of a substrate 1 and are soldered to a conductive pattern. The output of the photodetector 2 is amplified by an amplifier 4 consisting of an FET 5 and a resistance 6, and that of the photodetector 3 is amplified by an amplifier 7 consisting of integrated circuit elements. Windows 17 and 18 are formed in a box 16 in positions close to photodetectors 2 and 3, and an electromagnetic wave cutting filter 22 is fixed to the inside of the window 18. Thus, only one pair of power lines or output lines are enough, and the light reception current due to visible rays is not affected by the intensity of infrared rays. |
