PURPOSE: To enable manufacture of a strong cup-shaped body by manufacturing the cup-shaped body with bronze. CONSTITUTION: A cup-shaped body 12 is composed of bronze and has a thickness of about 1mm, and its surface is silver soldered, and the thickness of a soldered layer is set up to be 2-4 microns. At the upper end of the cup-shaped body 12, for instance on the outer wall of the opened domain of the body 12, eight small faces 14 are chamfered at spaces of the angle of 45 degrees, and eight small vibratable systems are therefore formed, and each piezoelectric element 15 is soldered to the above faces. The piezo elements 15 is used for exciting the cup-shaped body 12 and taking out of a measuring signal. Since the bronze of the cup-shaped body 12 itself has a low elastic modulus, the thickness of a wall can be increased, and in addition, rust prevention is carried out by silver soldering the surface and thinly gold-plating the area of a piezoelectric element. |
