The method sprays a high temperature water onto the base cloth; leads the cloth into a steam chamber; directly sprays high temperature steam on the cloth while passing through the steam ambience in the chamber; and rapidly cools the cloth by spraying low temperature water over it when it comes out of the steam chamber.
