The door has a fixed frame with vertical side rails (2), in which rollers projecting from the inside of the door sheet are guided. Pawls, which can extend perpendicular to the plane of the door, are fitted to at least one of its sides, so as to engage in holding tracks (4).The side rails have a series of outward pressings (10), which cover at least the greater part of the longitudinal extent of a track. The pressings have upwards directed lips (11), into which the extending holding pawls can engage, if the door suspension cable becomes slack. The rails may also have perpendicular limbs, one of which forms the holding track, and the other of which supports the guide rails.
