The panel has an open chamber (9) along the length of the underside of a frame (1), in which a shaped component (4) is mounted. The component can be adjusted in its level, and contains a sealing strip (7) or sealing element. Adjustment of the relative level between a wall (10) of the chamber and the shaped component, can be achieved by an adjusting member (11), which is accessible via an opening (6) in the frame.The frame may have a hollow chamber (12) which is bounded on its upper side by a wall (13) containing the adjustment opening. The opening may also be designed for the insertion of a tool, and may have a glass mounting strip. The adjusting means may be a screw (15).
