Process to spray mixed colours on substrate

The process involves two or more component colours, typically black and white, at a constant pressure, on to a substrate. The colour mixture (5) is sprayed from a mixing chamber (2), forming a deposit (40) on substrate material (4), which may be a road surface. Precise mixing and spraying may be controlled electronically (3). A pump P, flow control valves (12a, 12b) and hydraulic cylinders (13a, 13b) form a closed hydraulic circuit. The valves (12a, 12b) are controlled by the electronic unit (3), to provide exact quantities of colour material to the mixing chamber (2).
