摘要 |
The novel hydridable material with a Laves phase structure of hexagonal C14 (MgZn2) type, for the negative electrode of a nickel-metal hydride storage battery, consists of a single phase of formula Zr1-xTixNiaMnbAlcCodVe (I). In (I): x = 0.036-0.456; a = 0.7-0.9; b = 0.7-0.9; c = 0-0.2; d = 0.1-0.2; e = 0.05-0.3; a + e = 0.8-1.2; b + c + d = 0.8-1.2; and a + b + c + d + e = 1.9- 2.1. Also claimed is a negative electrode for a nickel-metal hydride storage battery, produced from a mixt. of the above hydridable material in powder form, 0.1-70% conductive powder and 0.05-5% organic binder, fixed on a conductive support. <IMAGE> |
