PURPOSE:To provide the steering shaft support structure of an astride type four-wheel vehicle for off-road travel which is constituted to facilitate assembly of a steering shaft. CONSTITUTION:In an astride type four-wheel vehicle running on an uneven terrain, grips are respectively arranged at the right and left ends of a bar handle 7. A steering shaft 14 is vertically extended in a position below almost the central part of the bar handle 7, and the pivotal support part 141 on the lower part side of the steering shaft 14 is arranged in a position below a steering knuckle arm 24.
