PURPOSE:To provide a honey-based natural food having high nourishing and strengthening effect and provide a process for the preparation of the food. CONSTITUTION:This natural food is prepared by sufficiently pulverizing about 4 pts.wt. of pollen with a mixer, adding the pulverized pollen little by little to about 16 pts.wt. of honey heated at about 45 deg.C under stirring, adding about 3 pts.wt. of royal jelly and about 1 pt.wt. of propolis after sufficiently mixing the pollen into the honey and sufficiently stirring the mixture until the components are completely mixed with each other. |
