WASTE TREATMENT AND PLANT THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a covering soil layer and to obtain a waste treatment plant having excellent cost effectiveness as a waste treatment plant laid with sheets for shielding on the surface of a recessed part on the ground by forming synthetic foam layers from the base to the slopes on the sheets for shielding and providing a surface coating layer thereon. CONSTITUTION:This waste treatment plant is formed by excavating the ground surface to a rectangular shape, laying fiber reinforcing materials on the base 1 and the circumference of the slopes 2 of the recessed part and laying the rubber sheets 4 which are sheets for shielding thereon. Urethane is then sprayed as a synthetic resin foam and is expanded on site to form polyurethane foam layer 5 which protects the rubber sheets 4. Surface coating layers 7 coated with a weather resistant coating material are disposed thereon. The waste is thereafter discarded and is rolled by rollers, etc., to form a waste deposition layer 6 when the waste deposits to some extent. The polyurethane expandable stock soln. is sprayed to form the synthetic foam layers 5a. The treatment is thereafter executed by repeating the stage of discarding the waste in the same manner and laminating the foam layer 5a.
