<p>PURPOSE:To rapidly and certainly perform suturing by one instrument. CONSTITUTION:A first needle holding member 3 holding the base end part of a circular arc-shaped needle and a second needle holding member 4 holding the tip part of the needle are supported on the leading end of an insertion lever 2 in a freely shakable manner. An opening and closing means 7 changing over the respective needle holding members 3, 4 to a closed posture wherein the tip of the needle and the leading end of the second needle holding member 4 are abutted and an open posture being an opened state for inserting the members in a trocar tube and a rotary means 6 rotating the needle holding members 3, 4 in both of the closed and open postures are installed. Further, an operation part 8 operating the rotary means 6 or the opening and closing means 7 is attached to the base end of the insertion lever 2.</p> |
