PURPOSE:To reduce the occurrence of wrinkles of the transfer paper by correcting the corrugated deformation of the paper due to the application of a liquid, or rarely causing the deformation due to the feed of a dip type liquid in a toner removing device applying at least a liquid to the transfer paper formed with a toner image to remove a toner.
