a flip-flop having a start switch to which a 15V is applied connected to the one terminal thereof; a NAND gate whose input terminal is connected to an output frequency of a signal generator and the output terminal of the flip-flop, for applying an output signal to one terminal of an AND gate and a counter and simultaneously for applying a frequency of the signal generator to the other terminal of the AND gate; a transformer drive circuit operated by an output signal of the AND gate; a flyback transformer for generating a high voltage by the operation of the transformer drive circuit to form positive and negative electrodes on ignition tips; a phototransistor for delivering the high voltage to a regulator via an amplifying circuit, an output terminal of the regulator connected to the flip-flop; an oscillating circuit for applying an output clock to the counter; and a display device which is connected via a display drive circuit to the output terminal of the counter.
