CONSTITUTION:An undersampling generator 51 specifies a picture element in accordance with an output from an undersampling type specifying device 50 and accesses a recording medium 54 through an access means 52. A picture element identification data and the value of the picture element are transferred to a picture reconstituting device 56 through a transfer medium 55 and an output image is obtained by a background determining device 57. |
