PURPOSE:To provide a data transfer speed control system optimizing the effective speed for data transfer with respect to the data transfer speed control system for a data transfer device not implementing confirmation of transmittal. CONSTITUTION:The data transfer device not implementing confirmation of transmittal is provided with a transmission interval information storage means 15 storing transmission interval data designating a transmission interval of data and transmission interval correction data added/subtracted to from the transmission interval data when the transmission interval is revised, a transmission interval calculation means 16 reading the transmission interval data and the transmission interval correction data for a prescribed period and increasing/ decreasing the transmission interval depending whether or not flow control information commanding the transmission stop of data from a transmission destination within a period and a transmission interval control means 18 controlling data transmission of a succeeding period at a new transmission interval obtained by the arithmetic operation result and the effective speed of data transfer is optimized by changing the transmission interval depending on a state of the flow control. |
