发明名称 COOLING METHOD OF FLUIDIZED BED FURNACE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To eliminate points of problems due to conventional pouring of water into a furnace and permit the effective utilization of heat as well as excellent combustion by a method wherein the unburnt matter discharging device of a fluidizing medium circulating and transporting line or the outside of a furnace is provided with a cooling unit through pouring water while the exhaust gas thereof is introduced into a pipeline after a gas cooling device or exhausted through different facility. CONSTITUTION:In a method wherein fluidizing medium including noncombustible materials is extracted from the fluidized bed 12 of a fluidized bed furnace 10 by a noncombustible substance discharging device 14, then, the fluidizing medium is separated by a classifying device 16 into large-size noncombustibles and fluidizing medium while the noncombustibles are discharged to the outside of a system and the fluidizing medium is circulated through the fluidized bed furnace, water is poured into the noncombustibles discharging device 14 to cool the noncombustibles and the fluidizing medium and exhaust gas, including water vapor, is introduced into the rear stream of a combustion exhaust gas cooling device 18 or is discharged through a different facility.</p>
