PURPOSE:To prevent the image deterioration caused by the reduction of the parallelism with a photoreceptor when a developing sleeve is driven and a developing unit is rotated. CONSTITUTION:This image forming device is provided with a gear provided at the end section of a developing sleeve 1 and receiving the driving force from a device main body and a guide member guiding the movement of the end section of the developing sleeve. A developing container 4 has a slight backlash against a pressure rail 15, it is slidably inserted from the front, and the front side of the developing container 4 is fixed to the pressure rail 15 with screws. The front side of the developing container 4 is moved together with the movement of the pressure rail 15. A hat type slide roller 54 rotatably fitted to the end section of the developing sleeve is inserted and positioned into a slider 53 fixed to a main body rear side plate on the rear side, and the pressing direction is regulated. |
