<p>PURPOSE: To make a transformer height low by making the secondary winding of multiple turning of a conductive film which is mutually arranged in mirror image on a dielectric film and an opening for a magnetic pole, mutually laminating the secondary winding on the primary winding folding back zigzag, and connecting the end terminal together in parallel. CONSTITUTION: A secondary winding 10 is made of a conductive film 12 and a dielectric film 14 made from a polyimide. The winding is divided into a plurality of sections mutually arranged in mirror image, each section having a plurality of openings and corresponds to the discrete magnetic pole. The multiply- turned secondary winding 10 is folded back zigzag and alternately formed with the primary winding 50, and the corresponding terminal 40, 42, and 44 are connected together. As a result, the conductive film transformer of low height is obtained and the end of the transformer matches to one side of the magnetic core and the transformer can be easily connected to other circuit components.</p> |
