PURPOSE:To set again the operating environment of a printing means even if its operating environment state varies by controlling the printing means by a control means while collating the operating environment state of the printing means with the stored information on a printing range. CONSTITUTION:A printing device load/unload detecting means 32 detects the load/unload state of the printing device 40 to an information processor 10 in a mechanical, electrical or optical method, etc. An operating environment detecting means 34 measures and detects the environmental states including the temperature, humidity, pressure, etc., for the processor 10 and the device 40. Then, the operating range information accordant with the connected device 40 is read out, and the propriety is decided for the detected environmental states in accordance with the device 40. If the environmental states are not proper, this fact is shot on a display means 14 of the processor 10 and a warning is given through a speaker of the means 14. The processor 10 is totally controlled by a control means 16. |
