PURPOSE:To acquire high mounting accuracy by a visual recognition device just by a simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:A substrate mounting stage 20 wherein a liquid crystal cell 15 is set at a fixed positioning state is provided on a base 19. A mounting head 22 for carrying a TAB part 11 and mounting it on the liquid crystal cell 15 and its carrying mechanism 23 are provided. The substrate mounting stage 20 is constituted of a material with transparency and a CCD camera 26 is provided in a space part below the substrate mounting stage 20. A terminal line of the liquid crystal cell 15 and a lead line of the TAB part 11 are photographed by the CCD camera 26 from below passing through the substrate mounting stage 20 with the TAB part 11 carried to proximity to the liquid crystal cell 15. A misegistration amount of the TAB part 11 from the liquid crystal cell 15 is detected based on image information and positioning is performed for the TAB part 11 based on the result. |
