<p>PURPOSE:To attain a desired image density and to obtain a developer capable of giving a stable property in triboelectricity by executing a mixing process with further addition of a mixing assistant particle composed of the same components as the developer material. CONSTITUTION:In the producing method of developer, which is provided with a mixing process for mixing the developer material containing at least a binder resin and a coloring agent and a melting and kneading process for melting and kneading the mixed material, the mixing process is executed by further adding the mixing assistant particle composed of the same components as the developer material. In this case, the mixing assistant particle to be used is used by adding into the developing material in the mixing process of the developer and is the particle having the same components as the developer material. And the mixing assistant particle preferably has 2-5mum particle diameter. Furthermore, the mixing assistant particle can be newly prepared and also can reutilize the fine powder or coarse powder generated at the time of producing the developer by pulverizing and classifying.</p> |
