PURPOSE:To simply purchase a commutation ticket by using a credit card without an old commutation ticket by previously registering commutation ticket purchase information corresponding to the card number of a credit card in a storage means of an external device. CONSTITUTION:A commutation ticket issuing device is connected to a host device 3 being an external device through a communication line 2. A magnetic disk device 4 is connected to the host device 3. An identification(ID) number corresponding to a credit card ID number is stored in a magnetic disk 5 in the device 4 and the purchase information of a communication ticket purchased in the past is also stored in the disk 5. At the time of purchasing a commutation ticket from the device 1 by the use of a credit card, commutation ticket purchase information corresponding to the card number of the credit card is read out from a storage part in the host device 3, receives the read contents and issues a commutation ticket corresponding to the contents. Thereby, without an old ticket or when the validity of the old ticket has expired, a new commutation ticket can be simply issued by using the credit card. |
