摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To miniaturize an LSI package by decreasing the number of addressing pins and to increase the access speed of data by providing a block addressing means and an access means. CONSTITUTION:A block addressing means is composed of a selector 33 and an address setter 34 and the selector 33 performs the changeover/selecting operation between the lower eight bits (A0-A7) of address information and data (D0-D7) by means of an address strobe signal (AS). The address setter 34 sets a block number corresponding to the address information (A0-A1) by means of the address strobe signal (AS). The access means is composed of a counter 31, calculates the real address of a memory 32 from an address number set by the address setter 34 and makes access to data for every one unit (every one word) to the memory 32 by counting up the count in synchronization with a data strobe signal (DS).</p>
